40 Bamusso adolescent girls were trained on tailoring skills upgrading and engage in employment for income generating .The Training for cutting & tailoring is provided to adolescents girls  for providing them with employment. The girls are given three months of training and skills upgrading after which they are evaluated and government recognized certificates are awarded to them. This program is funded by Manos Unidas from Spain. 40 adolescents girls have received training under this program in 2018. After receiving training the girls are able to find employment in local boutiques, start their own tailoring work and some are even found employment as trainers. This training continues to be very popular especially for girls and women who can read and write but were unable to complete their high school.
