About us
Organization Legal Status
Philanthropic Organisation for Development Cooperation (PHODEC) is a non profit making and non governmental organization in Cameroon. It was founded on the 24th April 1999 by a group of dynamic young men and women but became legally approved in the year 2004 by the ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization via Prefectorial Order No: G39/014/5/1026 and by the provisions of Law No 90/53of 19 December1990 governing freedom of association in Cameroon.
